    Good advise there. Don't quite agree with this part though
    Submitting your site via their Free add URL's can actually hinder your ranking rather than promote it. The best thing to do is set aside a paid inclusion budget.
    imo Google just ignores all the submissions of the URL's - either that or it has little inflences. Neither is a paid inclusion budget that necessary unless you are anxious to get it in. A Yahoo listing also has less value now since they are using Google results, but it still helps at least a little bit search engine wise, just the $299 may not be worth it.
