So sorry! I have been trying to get some answers before posting. Currently we are having some kind of technical problem with our counters. But rest assured your numbers will update and you will not lose any money. The stats are there they are just not updating. I will keep everyone posting as information comes to me. So is the "Daily Stats" Total Revenue correct? Or the total of the "Domain Stats" for today? I have 2 completely different Totals for today. Also, will there be a correction to yesterdays Traffic and Revenue stats? Or will the 29ths current stats stand? They are about half of what I would expect both Revenue and Traffic. Thanks. Sorry for all the questions, just trying to get the same answers everyone else is probably looking for.

Domain Sponsor Update:
We have isolated the problem which occurred between 5am and 7am. There is no loss of revenue, just stats interface errors. Some publishers had higher traffic and revenue and some of you experience lower. We double checked all of our numbers and nothing has been lost. It just pooled for the two hours on the back end. I hope this addresses all questions?

There is no bug in the system. We have a scheduled maintenance of the machine which makes updates span the one hour refresh. Our technology department has checked and double checked all stats. They are current.

There is no bug in the system and our technology department has made the appropriate updates on the numbers. However, you may be experiencing an isolated account error? I can’t’ be for sure unless you contact me with your account information. The best way to deal with a problem like yours is to contact support directly. Until you do so I can't help you so please call me or send me an email so I can look into your concerns.

I have not received a call nor an email from you up to date? I have searched our database for your records and can not find any correspondence between you and the DS support team. Did you email me directly? Did you include your account number and concerns? Without the appropriate information I can not investigate your claims. You need to contact me directly or make sure you state who you are in your support request.
I will try to address your concerns here with my limited info:

1. Popunder revenue is based on CPM. Having filters on/off can affect your revenue; there are a lot of variables here.

2. I need your account number to review your specific stats.

3. Please send me your file with traffic information for 11.29.04 so
I can compare with our records.

I will make every effort to give your account the appropriate attention once you have contacted me. Lastly, are you saying that between the hours of 12 and 2 am of the first of every month you are receiving all zeros in your stats?

Heather - i emailed you with the same problem as the people above , but also about additional issues like status not updating since 8:30 pm EST and decline of revenue - there is also one more bug - some domains names are showing spaces (where no spaces are ) and since they go over your nameserver the problem is at domainsponsor - why is this important ? because it give wrong keywords like the word : even ts - you see the space - when you visit the parking page it shows the keywords even & ts (doesn't make any sence) the correct keyword would be event , but since the database gives the name an additional space there can not be a correct keyword.

i also wrote in my email about some domains that with the same amount of traffic are getting instead of $ 8 -10 per day now after a month only $ 1 - 2 per day - i would call this optimizing - (with the same amount of clicks !)

it would be nice of you , Heather to really try to help and tell the tech team that there are some bugs and try to help us (since we all are in some way your[domainsponsors] costomers)
