This was not a good week for one of the world's richest men - Hong Kong based billionaire Li Ka Shing. A WIPO panel ruled that two of his companies were guilty of reverse domain name hijacking when they tried to wrest an IDN domain away from its rightful owner, Canada's Netego DotCom.
