Ok I own http://www.freephotopost.com it has a page rank of 4 almost 200 members and almost 2,000 images hosted so far! How much do you all think it is worth also it gets about 100 hits a day?

It appears you are anxious to sell and sell for less.
So, start with 5000 and dicker some. I wouldn't just give it away, that's a nice site. He/She may just meet you in the middle. If you're not in a hurry to sell then you won't mind holding off til you get a price that is pleasing to you. If you are really in need of money tell them right out 1000 firm.

I had a wedding site with less content than yours and wanted to sell it for 1500 and the person offered me 2500. I declined. I decided to keep it. I don't have it up and running now but will again. Sometimes we feel we will lose a sale if we don't go real cheap. I'm over that now. It's my way or no way. Ha. The best to you, Shanee86.

No I never signed an agreement ! But no I never told him I would sale for that price he just made a offer and I talked to him but I never told him it was sold to him in any way he just made a offer!
