Thanks for voting everyone, I have come to the conclusion that this name has actually decreased in value not because of use because google has over 90k refferences to the term "back child support' but more because our gov has cracked down on people who owe. They now takes peoples drivers licenses, garnish their wages, and in a few cases put them in jail, plus with agreements between states by moving out of state they cant get away any more. So the business end of helping people isnt as big I suspect. I wont post anymore to cause a bump, I dont really sell names so my intention is not to bump, I am pretty much holding out for a company that develops domains for us, so any good keywords can become much more profitable

This kind of "stumbling", as you put it, is actually very frequent and highly likely and accounts for a very significant portion of end-user domain sales.

As it has often been said, if your domain is desirable, a buyer will find you.
