    I never understood how people automatically think there's a one-to-one correlation between "similar sales" and their name. I think for most end-users, its all or nothing with some domain names.
    that's what I was getting at with the first paragraph above, but if you have an end user who is obsessed with the reg fee then being able to at least point to previous sales of names in the same kind of sphere can help set them on the path of at least considering the cost/benefit vs obsessing with reg fee, simply by showing them that others have done so.
    When using google for counts - use double quotes for usage counts for multiword terms and set "match type" to "exact" for all search volume lookups. Click here for more info

    I suppose that is not worth to stick to the appraisal price at all when you selling your domain name as your domain name worth as much as real buyer is ready to pay for it.
