cctld develpment? Has anyone developed any good cctld domains. If so what are they?
I have a couple of generic high keyword cctld domains (.de, .in, .nl) that I am thinking about developing. I want to know if they are successful or equal to the dot com's or net's; or at least decent traffic and profit to make it worth the time and effort. Thanks Guys

I am in process of developing two .in domains. One is generic and other is popular geo domain.
Other then that i have had successes with few keywords in medical and collection space. After running organic traffic on both these domains some dollars are rolling.
I have only .in domains. Market seems to be promising for .in market. At least few years from now.
Thanks

You are not well informed on .in growth.
recently sportsbetting.in went for $42,300.00
.in is on rise.

Hi! Nuke007, to be honest with you. I am not aware of the growth on .in suffix as you righly said. But, are you aware that sportsbetting.in was registered since 2005. And when I said 2 to 3years I am equally right aswell. Those keywords are good, but when you want to sell domain and make good money, time should be one of the factors to consider a good domain. Wish you all the best. Cheers.

I agree with time factor. If you look at .in or .co.in sales on Dnjournal.com sales chart, you will see there has been growth in last 2-3 years and sales of 2-4k are common. I have been developing .in domains for US market. There are more investors for .in domain outside of India and local interest has started building. I hope in coming years (2-5) .in market will go up.
Rest I have freecellphones.eu which I plan to develop in next 2 months.
Thanks

I also have found success with Indian domain while using them for lead generation, or Affiliate products. The key is to have good keyword. For example I use shippingconatiners<dot>co<dot>.in for containers, mobile space, storage space lead generation.
what I have found Google will send good traffic to your website if domain name matches with your search criteria.
Thanks

another
Chicago.us seems to be developed.

Chicago.us
Chicago.us looks like a geo and country code. Develop or not; such a domain when needed, there can be no alternative. Good luck.

I'm working on a few Australian sites:
Arts.org.au ~ A site supporting artists and arts organisations in Australia.
Several local geographic domains:
StKilda.com.au ~ SouthYarra.com.au ~ Williamstown.com.au ~ Yarraville.com.au
They still require work and content, but they're starting to rank well, especially Yarraville.

Future of cctld domain depended upon how many are developed into meaningful sites.
