Is NS keeping drops for themselves?

I was waiting for those two domain names

    realtimequote.com
    realtimequotes.com

But did not go through snapname or NameJet but now are packed by NS

am i missing something here OR the days of good drops from NS are no more?

yeah 1112, I too noticed the quality of the names in the drops fizzled right out in the past few days.

Yeah the keep those domains after the drop and when this post was widely discussed on the net, ie Frank blog etc,
Then they put it back for auction, I think was more PR than anything, but they still take a good ones, I can tell you that

Its Parking company will be hard to let a good domain goes when they know the value can bring to them.

    anyway
Namejet should be transparent like snapname too and show us who is bidding to those domains

I know that since early this year, Register.com keeps ALL IDNs that are not renewed.

They had a big bunch of IDNs registered around 2001, and now they keep ALL of them, even mispellings and typos, wholesale renew under Domain Discreet.

As far as i know, other registrars like Name.com, etc, are doing the same thing selectively, though not wholesale!

You can't even bid for it if even you can spend the money!

All Register.com expiring names go through Snapnames for auction.

I see them on the Snapnames website.

Do you know something that we don't?

    Wrong.
Some (most ?) are kept by register and listed for sale at sedo.
Was expecting 2 domain drops and...
    Nope.
