I don't think so. If they are going to be dropping they have expired. If they have expired they are not getting any traffic. Also, you have to have access to the domain to see the traffic.

You could check Alexa.com and see what they say the past traffic has been, but those numbers are very inaccurate and only show traffic of Alexa users. Better than nothing.
