Domain Discussion Boards always has an up-to-date list including future pending deletion domains in 'TXT' format on it's site.

All you have to do is goto ddboards.com or ddboards.com/domains-dropping/ and click the dates and you can have a list of ALL the domains that are dropping/deleting
